Complaint Process

  1. Send us a complaint request with your order details and a description of the problem.
  2. Our team will review your complaint and respond within 3 business days.
  3. If the complaint is justified, we will arrange for a product replacement or a refund.
  4. In the case of a refund, the amount will be returned in the Bitcoin equivalent at the exchange rate on the day of the refund.
