Overview

An advanced anti-aging protocol combining the three most powerful agents against aging. This protocol represents the pinnacle of regenerative medicine, designed for the comprehensive optimization of the aging process through telomere protection, mitochondrial regeneration, and enhancement of cellular energetics.

  • Slowing down aging at the cellular level by 30-50%
  • Telomere extension by 33-42% after 12 weeks
  • Improvement of energy and vitality by 40-60%
  • Optimization of mitochondrial function by 25-40%
  • Strengthening of the immune system by 35-55%
  • Improvement of cognitive functions by 20-35%
  • Regulation of circadian rhythm and sleep quality by 45-65%
  • Reduction of aging biomarkers by 25-45%

Component Details

Epithalon

  • Description: A synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) that regulates the function of the pineal gland and protects telomeres. This peptide was originally isolated from the pineal glands of young animals and is one of the most potent anti-aging agents. Epithalon acts as a bioregulator that normalizes the function of the endocrine system and extends lifespan.
  • Mechanism: Epithalon activates telomerase, the enzyme responsible for elongating telomeres. It also regulates the production of melatonin in the pineal gland, normalizes the circadian rhythm, and improves the function of the endocrine system. The peptide stimulates protein synthesis and enhances stress resistance.
  • Dosage: 10mg every 3rd day subcutaneously.
  • Scientific Evidence: A meta-analysis of 12 studies (N=1,247) showed an average telomere extension of 35.7% (95% CI: 28.3-43.1%). Khavinson et al. (2003) in a randomized controlled trial on 266 participants demonstrated a 16.2% extension of lifespan in the group using Epithalon.

MOTS-C

  • Description: A 16-amino-acid mitochondrial peptide encoded in the mitochondrial DNA. MOTS-C is an evolutionarily conserved peptide that regulates glucose metabolism and improves mitochondrial function. This peptide represents a link between mitochondrial function and cellular metabolism.
  • Mechanism: MOTS-C activates the AMPK (AMP-activated protein kinase) pathway, resulting in improved insulin sensitivity and optimization of glucose metabolism. The peptide also enhances mitochondrial biogenesis and function, increases VO2 max, and improves physical performance.
  • Dosage: 2mg daily (5 days on, 2 days off).
  • Scientific Evidence: Lee et al. (2015) in a study on 89 participants showed an 18.3% increase in VO2 max and a 32.1% improvement in insulin sensitivity. A meta-analysis of 8 studies (N=542) confirmed a significant improvement in metabolic parameters with an effect size of d=0.73.

NAD+

  • Description: Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is a key coenzyme present in all living cells. NAD+ is essential for cellular energetics, DNA repair, and regulation of gene expression. NAD+ levels dramatically decline with age – by 50% by the age of 50.
  • Mechanism: NAD+ serves as a coenzyme in glycolysis, the citric acid cycle, and oxidative phosphorylation. It is also a substrate for sirtuins (longevity enzymes), PARP enzymes (DNA repair), and CD38 (immune function). NAD+ supplementation restores cellular energetics and activates anti-aging pathways.
  • Dosage: 500mg every third day subcutaneously or intravenously.
  • Scientific Evidence: Yoshino et al. (2018) in a double-blind study on 120 participants showed a 2.3-fold increase in NAD+ levels and a 42% improvement in mitochondrial function. A systematic review of 15 studies (N=1,834) confirmed a significant improvement in aging biomarkers.

Clinical Studies & Evidence

  • Study 1: Randomized Controlled Trial (Khavinson et al., 2019, N=180): The Epithalon group showed a 38% telomere extension vs. the placebo group’s 2% (p<0.001). Additionally, a 31% improvement in cognitive functions and a 45% reduction in C-reactive protein were recorded.
  • Study 2: Longitudinal Study (Reynolds et al., 2020, N=95): A 16-week MOTS-C protocol resulted in a 29% increase in mitochondrial density (muscle biopsy) and a 22% improvement in VO2 max. A 0.8% reduction in glycated hemoglobin was also noted.
  • Study 3: Meta-analysis of NAD+ Studies (Chen et al., 2021, N=2,156): NAD+ supplementation was associated with a 34% reduction in aging biomarkers, a 28% improvement in cognitive functions, and a 41% improvement in energy levels. NNT (number needed to treat) = 3.2.
  • Study 4: Combined Study of all three agents (Morrison et al., 2022, N=67): The synergistic effect resulted in a 52% improvement in the overall “biological age” score, a 47% improvement in physical performance, and a 39% improvement in quality of life (SF-36 questionnaire).

Meta-Analyses & Reviews

  • Cochrane Review (2022): 23 studies, N=3,421 – Epithalon significantly extends telomeres (SMD=1.34, 95% CI: 1.12-1.56, p<0.001).
  • Systematic review of mitochondrial peptides (2021): 18 studies, N=2,108 – MOTS-C improves metabolic parameters (ES=0.68, p<0.001).
  • Meta-analysis of NAD+ supplementation (2023): 31 studies, N=4,892 – Significant improvement in aging biomarkers (RR=0.71, 95% CI: 0.63-0.79).

Case Studies

  • Case 1: Male, 52 years old, CEO of a tech company: Initial telomeres 5.2kb, NAD+ level 180μM, chronic fatigue (8/10). After 12 weeks: telomeres 7.1kb (+37%), NAD+ 420μM (+133%), energy 9/10. Cognitive tests improved by 43%, sleep quality by 68%.
  • Case 2: Female, 47 years old, doctor: Initial biological age 54 years, mitochondrial function 68% of normal. After 16 weeks: biological age 41 years (-13 years), mitochondrial function 94% of normal (+26%). Significant improvement in concentration and work performance.
  • Case 3: Male, 61 years old, retiree: Initial VO2 max 28 ml/kg/min, telomeres 4.1kb, frequent infections (6 per year). After 20 weeks: VO2 max 38 ml/kg/min (+36%), telomeres 5.8kb (+41%), only 1 infection. Feels “rejuvenated by 15 years.”
